High Performance Polyurethane
Hopetex High Performance Polyurethane (HPPU) is a revolutionary product in the textile industry.
Our HPPU is made up of 3 different layers.
The top layer of Hopetex’s HPPU is made of polycarbonate, which offers excellent scratch resistance, durability to cleaners, and abrasion results. Our fabric also passes 7+ weeks hydrolisis.
The middle layer contains a polycarbonate and polyether formula that gives the fabric a soft, and subtle hand.
The backing is a reinforced weave or knit fabric which offers excellent strength ans resistance against tearing, seaming slippage, and mullen burst.

With our unique laser embossing®, digital printing, and rotogravure printing, we provide a new fresh look to coated fabrics.
Our PENfree® top coat resists ink and denim dye. It’s easy to clean and can withstand all sorts of cleaners including bleach.
O’Some® is our air permeable technology.
